Players Return
Dec 21, 2013, 8:46 pm

Ashington Rugby Cricket Club is happy to announce the return of 3 former players, they are;

Chris Harwood he returns after 1 season at Blyth CC

James Richards he returns after  3 seasons at Ashington CC

Adam Peacock he returns after 3 seasons with his studies now complete at University and with him moving into the area with employment.

We have another player who is looking to commit to the Rugger Boys for the 2014 season, but we await his final decision. All of this is great news and will strengthen our club, we must be doing something right when former players want to come back.

On the back of that news, we are losing one of our up and coming youngsters to our local rivals Bedlington, we wish Matty Tanney well and if things do not work out he is more than welcome back at the Rec.
